At First Lutheran Church, we have Sunday School classes for all age groups. There is a Bible study class just for you. For Children:3-5 years - Taught by Leigh Walter 1st -3rd grades - Taught by Christine Allen 4-6 grades - Taught by Bob Holbrook. For adults we have 4 classes:Adult Bible Class I - This class meets in the Sanctuary usually and is led by Pastor Terry Grund on the Sundays he is at FLC to preach. On the other Sundays Carol and Tom Lackey are leading it. Pastor Grund has been teaching on the gospel of John and the Lackeys have been using a book on different denominations. Adult Bible Class II - This class is led by Mark Walter and its lessons mirror the lessons taught to the children each week. This quarter's emphasis is on the Old Testament until Christmas, then it will cover the Christmas story. While it is open to all adults, parents with children in the Sunday School are especially invited to attend this class since it would make discussions of what the children are learning easy to initiate. Harvest - This class is designed for young adults, married and single. It is led by Victoria and Graham Sisson. They have just finished a study of the Holy Spirit and are beginning a new study very soon. Women's Bible Study - This is a fellowship/Bible study class for women led by Donna Speegle. They are currently studying Women in the Bible and will be beginning a new study soon.
