YARD SALE GUIDELINES Saturday October 3, 2009 Highway 119 Location
Let me begin by saying thank you for donating to the Youth Group’s first Yard Sale. All proceeds will be used towards the cost of sending our youth to the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans next year in July 2010. DONATIONS Please consider donating the following items:
We are asking that all donations be:
PRICING Attached you will find labels that you can use to price the items that you will be donating. If you have any of the following items we are asking that you do not price them as we will be packaging and selling them as groups/bundles or one price fits all.
If you are unsure of how to price your donations, please consider the suggestions below depending on age and condition:
Please prayerfully consider volunteering for – set up, tear down, large and/or small donation pick up and delivery, etc – contact Becky Troullier or any of our youth if interested. Get others involved in donating – friends, family, neighbors, co-workers. If you don’t use all the labels, please return them to any of our youth so they can be used by the next person. To schedule pickup or drop off of your donations please contact Becky Troullier, Carol Lackey, or Rachael Mudd.
